Shipping

Items are located at and dispatched from North Europe. We take great care while packaging every item in order to ensure safe shipment to you. Stickers are sent to your address, with tracking number which shows that they are dispatched. We offer two type of delivery service. You can choose free shipping with Lithuania post or if you would like to use other delivery services, like TNT, DHL, UPS, FEDEX it will cost extra.

PLEASE NOTE

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included into the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the Buyer's responsibility. Please, check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Please, check the package before signing for the delivery. If you sign for the delivery, we will not be able to claim the money back for damages made by the courier. Your signature means that you have received the package in a good condition, so no refund will be issued. If package is damaged, please, take a photo of it and do not accept it. Contact us, send a photo of a damaged package and we will find best solution for you. The Seller will not take the responsibility for delays, which are caused by the third party: post office, courier or the customs.

Return policy

We produce stickers according to individual orders, so we cannot take them back or change them, if you have chosen the wrong design, color or model. Sorry in advance.

Also we will not be able to return the money if the courier damages the package, so you should check the package before signing for the delivery. If package is damaged, please, make a photo of it and do not accept it. Contact us, send a photo of a damaged package and we will find the best solution for you.
If you open the package and detect manufacturing defects, take a photo of it and send it to us by e-mail hi@speedstickers.eu. We can replace manufacture-defected stickers only, which are in the original package and without marks of usage.

Claims are accepted only for manufacturing quality issues and only within 14 days from the delivery of your order.

Shipping of returns is at Buyers expenses. You must use shipping company that provides a shipping number. After receiving the stickers back and having confirmed our fault, we will send you a new set of stickers or refund your money.
If you are unhappy about the purchase, we are unhappy as well. So if you have any kind of issues or questions, please, do not leave a negative feedback or open cases, but contact us first. Our company assures that we will find the best solution for you.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
